To be honest, as an emerging brand dedicated to everyday Gothic and dark alternative wear, we are pouring our hearts into every design. Although we have been working very hard on it, we know there are still things that are not perfect yet. We have been learning and evolving step by step based on real customer feedback.

Our design team is actively adjusting our sizing charts and refining materials. We are also updating product pages to include clearer washing instructions to help your dark pieces last longer. For items with a natural PU leather or synthetic scent, we include a fragrant sachet in the packaging to enhance your unboxing experience. The sachet helps soften the scent and adds a subtle, fresh aroma. If you prefer, you can also hang the garments in the shade to air out before wearing—it helps the pieces breathe and feel fresh.

Regarding our pre-order drops, some exclusive pieces require a longer production time because they are carefully crafted after orders are placed. We know waiting can be frustrating, so we are improving our production planning and will communicate shipping timelines more clearly.

Most importantly, we want every customer to feel empowered and supported when building their dark wardrobe with us. If there are any issues—such as a size not fitting your aesthetic, missing items, product concerns, or questions about materials—please contact us and we will do our best to help. We always try to assist with returns, exchanges, replacements, or solutions whenever possible.
